Flixier is not a service directed towards children. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create an account on Flixier account or otherwise use the website unless explicitly permitted by a parent. We support the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and our goal is to minimize the information gathered from and disseminated about kids under 13 while permitting them active access to creative tools. You must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use the Services, or we need to have obtained verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If a child creates an account using an authorized or managed Google or Facebook account, parents can review user data in My Account. Flixier provides integrations to third-party services (e.g., Zoom, YouTube, Drive) to automate ingestion of digital media assets from the third-party service to the Flixier Platform. Data retention of media assets ingested from third-party services is controlled by the user, who may choose to retain these media assets even after ending their relationship with the third-party service. The retention of data from third-party services may still be subject to the art 5 and 6.
If any of the provisions of this Privacy Statement would be wholly or partially annulled by a binding decision, this shall have no effect whatsoever on the other provisions of this Privacy Statement. Flixier is entitled to modify or replace such a provision by another provision which, within legal limits, has the same effect.
The failure of Flixier to demand strict compliance with the provisions of this Privacy Statement shall not be construed as a waiver or rejection thereof.
