New Features!

• Added auto-saving.
• In Flixier, users can edit their files while they’re still uploading. This means working on a local copy of the file, which can be pretty intensive and negatively impact performance. Now, Flixier automatically switches to the web server version of the file once upload is completed in order to take the load off of the user’s computer and improve performance.
• Users can now add shadows to text.

Fixes:

• Fixed Import menu getting stuck.
• Expanded the Media Library area in which users can right-click to open the context menu.
• Added Import button to the Media Library context menu.

Made it so that the stage resolution must be comprised of even width and height numbers.

Improvements to Teams

• Users now have the ability to rename their team.
• Users now have the ability to change their team’s avatar.

Improvements to the Export function:

• Added the option to only export Audio.

Users will now be notified whenever a newer version of the editor is available.

Google Fonts

We just added support for the entire library of Google fonts, so you can add the perfect look to your videos.

Font Features

Together with Google Fonts we are adding more settings for fonts too:

1. Line height
2. Font weight
3. Character spacing
4. More text styles

Timeline Improvements

• CTRL (hold down) disables clip resize so it is easier to select multiple clips
• Right click on the play-head opens the timeline context menu.
