Add glitch effect to video
To add the Glitch effect to your video, start by dragging and dropping it onto the Timeline. From there, you can cut, crop, trim, add transitions, filter captions, and more. To apply the Glitch effect, select your video, go to the Effect tab on the right side of the screen, and click on Glitch. Then, use the sliders to adjust the video effect to your liking.
