How to apply a Ken Burns effect online:
Upload

Apply the Ken Burns effect
Drag your image down to the timeline. Press the Fill Canvas button on the right side of the screen to ensure it takes up the entire screen. Now, right-click on your image on the timeline and select Add Keyframes to Video. Then, with the second keyframe selected, increase the Scale of your video on the right and move the video around on the canvas. You’ll notice the Keyframe Updated message appears on the lower left. Now, if you play your video back, you’ll see the Ken Burns effect in action.
Save
You can continue editing your video in Flixier, adding more media and applying more effects and transitions. When you’re done, click the Export button in the top right. Choose Video as the format and click Export and Download to process the video and save it to your computer.
