Open Flixier
Click on Start editing to open Flixier in your web browser. In the Import menu that pops up, choose the Link option. Copy the link to your TikTok video and paste it into this field, then click on Import.

Edit
After you import your TikTok video, you can click on the empty space next to the canvas. Using the Canvas Settings on the right side of the screen, choose a resolution of 9:16 to eliminate the black bars from the sides of your video. You can also choose different sizes if you want to frame your video differently. The timeline at the bottom of the screen is how you can easily cut your video or combine it with other media.

To download your TikTok, click the Export button in the upper right corner. You can leave the format as Video or choose Audio if you only want the sound, then click Export and Download.
