How to split MP4 videos online:
Log into Flixier, create a new project and drag your video over to the Library area. Additionally, you can bring videos over from Google Drive, Dropbox, Onedrive or other cloud storage services.
Drag the MP4 to the timeline, move the playhead to the time where you want your video to split and press the Cut button to split it.
