Making subtitles stand out and easy to read is a must. To help you make this happen we let you change the subtitle font, size, color and to even add a background. You can also change the subtitle size and position. These changes should be subtle though, usually subtitles don’t go overboard with customization to not interfere with the video itself.
The easiest way to get started is by clicking the Choose Video button above, you can select videos and subtitle files from your computer or use our direct integrations with cloud storage services to import videos in seconds.
Now drag and drop the MKV video on the timeline at the bottom of the screen and the SRT subtitle file on a track on top of it. Make sure that the files are aligned to the left to avoid any synchronization issues.
At this step you can also change the subtitle font, color size or add a background color. All this is optional and you can skip straight to the last step.
When happy with the result simply press the Export button at the top right of the screen and then the Export and Download button. That’s it, you're done. The video will be processed by our super fast cloud servers and it will download automatically to your computer when ready.

I’ve been looking for a solution like Flixier for years. Now that my virtual team and I can edit projects together on the cloud with Flixier, it tripled my company’s video output! Super easy to use and unbelievably quick exports.
My main criteria for an editor was that the interface is familiar and most importantly that the renders were in the cloud and super fast. Flixier more than delivered in both. I've now been using it daily to edit Facebook videos for my 1M follower page.
I'm so relieved I found Flixier. I have a YouTube channel with over 700k subscribers and Flixier allows me to collaborate seamlessly with my team, they can work from any device at any time plus, renders are cloud powered and super super fast on any computer.
