Add a slow motion effect
Drag and drop your video onto the timeline. You'll see the Video Speed slider on the right side of the screen. To create a video slow motion effect and reduce the original speed, drag the slider to the left. To increase the speed, drag it to the right. You can also select from preset speed options such as 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, and 2x.

Save or Publish:
Once you are satisfied with the results, go to the Export menu. Choose Video from the drop-down menu, then click the Export and Download button to save it as a high-quality MP4 file on your device. At this point, you can publish it to your YouTube channel, Instagram, or TikTok feed.
