Add arrows to videos

Use arrows, lines and circles to point out important information in your videos with Flixier. All you have to do is search for them in the Shapes tab and drag them over to the video. You can change their size, position and color, then use the timeline at the bottom of the screen how long the arrows will remain on screen for.

Add static or animated text to your videos in a few clicks. Choose from over 1000 built-in fonts or upload your own. Change and resize your text. customize the font color, size or weight. You can upload videos to Flixier from your own computer, or, if the video you wish to annotate is already on YouTube, you can copy and paste the link to import it to your Flixier library in seconds. Search through a library containing hundreds of shapes that you can customize and drag over to your video. You can find anything from basic rectangles to arrows and symbols. Upload your video

Click the Get Started button on this page to open Flixier up in a new tab. You can upload videos from your own computer, import clips from cloud storage or paste in YouTube links.

Annotate your video

You can add text to your video to annotate it by going to the Text tab and clicking on Add Simple Text. To add shapes to your video, go to the Shapes tab. You can use the controls on the side of the shapes to resize and reposition your shapes. Use the right-side menu to change their outline, fill color and opacity. The timeline at the bottom of the screen allows you to control when the shapes come on the screen and how long they stay there for.

Download your annotated video

When you finished annotating your video, click the blue Export and Download button in the top right corner of the screen. Flixier will take up to a couple of minutes to process your video and then it will be saved to your computer.
