Account and Billing

Managing your Flixier account and billing is an important aspect of using our platform to its fullest potential.

From updating your payment information and tracking your subscription status to changing your plan and accessing past invoices, everything is managed in the Settings & Billing section of your left-side panel.

Upgrading Your Subscription

To elevate your Flixier experience, we recommend upgrading to a paid account (Starter, Creator, or Business).

• With a Flixier paid subscription, you have access to more advanced features and increased limits for exporting, storage, auto-subtitles, and more.
• You can initiate an upgrade directly from your dashboard or from within the editor itself when you encounter a paid feature.
• When you purchase a subscription, you agree that Flixier will automatically bill you every month or every year, depending on your chosen cycle.

The Subscription Tab

This tab provides a complete overview of your current plan and resource usage:

• Your Billing: Check your current active plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier from this section, or scroll to the bottom right corner of the page to cancel your subscription entirely.
• Usage & Limits: Track your real-time resource consumption. This widget visually displays exactly how much of your allotted Team Seats, Export Time, and Storage you have used. All usage is shared across your team.
• Add-ons: If you are running low on resources, you can purchase add-ons directly below your plan details to increase your storage, export time, or member seats.

The Payment & Billing Tab

This tab manages all of your financial details and history:

• Payment Method: Securely update or change the credit card associated with your account.
• Billing Information & VAT: Update your company details for future invoices. The base Flixier subscription price does not include applicable Tax Rates (VAT). When you select a plan, the price will update to reflect the full amount including VAT according to your country's legislation. If you are a business owner with a valid VAT ID, you can add it to this section to remove the additional tax rate.
• Invoices: Scroll to the bottom of this tab to track and download all of your past generated invoices.

The Bonuses Tab

The Bonuses tab is where you can earn rewards to unlock more storage and render time:

• Reviews: Earn extra resources by writing honest reviews of Flixier on platforms like Google My Business, G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra.
• Referrals: Find your personal referral link at the bottom of the page. If you invite your friends to join Flixier using this link, they get a bonus, and if they purchase a plan, you will also receive a bonus.
