Cancel subscription

If you would like to end your Flixier Subscription follow the next steps.

Before you cancel your subscription, please note the following:

  • When you downgrade your account media back-ups will be kept for 3 days meaning that you will loose assets in your media library and exports.
  • Canceling the subscription will not result in any refund.
  • Canceling the subscription by following these steps means that you won't receive further charges for your subscription under your upgraded account.
  • Only by completing the questionnaire after clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button will the subscription cancel.
  • The email you receive after successfully canceling the subscription confirms that the subscription is canceled. If you do not receive an email, contact our support through the live chat!

Cancel subscription steps

  1. Go to the Billing Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
  3. You will now start the cancelation flow which includes some feedback questions and warnings regarding the impact of the downgrade on your account. At this point you can also choose to keep your account.
  4. When you complete the cancelation flow you will not be charged anymore but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period after which it will de-activate.
