If you would like to end your Flixier Subscription, follow these steps:
Before You Cancel:
Please review the following important details regarding your account downgrade:
- Media Deletion: When you downgrade your account, media backups will be kept for only 3 days. This means you will lose assets in your media library and your past exports after this period.
- No Refunds: Canceling the subscription will not result in any refund.
- Billing Stops: Canceling the subscription by following these steps ensures you won't receive further charges for your upgraded account.
- Active Until Renewal: After completing the cancellation flow, you will not be charged again, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will deactivate.
- Cancellation Confirmation: The email you receive after successfully cancelling the subscription confirms that the subscription is canceled. If you do not receive an email, contact our support through the live chat!
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Go to the Billing Dashboard or navigate to the left-side panel on your main dashboard and click on Settings & Billing and click the Subscription tab at the top of the menu.
- Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
- You will now start the cancellation flow, which includes some feedback questions and warnings regarding the impact of the downgrade on your account. At this point, you can also choose to keep your account.
- When you complete the cancellation flow, you will not be charged anymore, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will deactivate.
