Enhance Video

Flixier's Video Enhancer tool allows you to easily improve video quality and resolution using AI. Please note that this AI-powered feature will consume AI credits from your account balance.

Accessing the Tool and Uploading

1. Go to the All Tools tab on the left panel of your main dashboard.
2. Click on the Enhance Video tile located under the For video section.
3. You can upload a file directly from your device by clicking Select a file or by dragging and dropping it into the upload window.
4. You can also choose an existing file from your Flixier library, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Google Photos.

Choosing Enhancement Settings

1. Once your video loads in the Video Enhancer, look at the left panel to select your Upscale Video multiplier.
2. You can choose between 2x, 3x, or 4x upscaling. The interface will display the projected final resolution for each multiplier based on the original size of your file.
3. Select an Enhancement Preset from the options provided below the upscale settings. The available presets are High Quality, Natural Look, Pro Detail, and Fast Real-Time.

Processing the Video

1. Review the required AI credit cost, which is displayed directly on the Upscale Video button.
2. If you don’t need the entire clip enhanced, you have the option to click Upscale a Section from Video for a lower credit cost.
3. Click your desired upscale button to begin the enhancement process.
4. Wait while your video is processed, keeping in mind that this may take several minutes depending on the video length and your chosen enhancement settings.

Reviewing and Saving

1. Once finished, you can preview the results using the interactive Before and After comparison viewer in the center of the screen.
2. Use the Split, Slider, or Peek toggle buttons at the bottom of the viewer to compare the original and enhanced versions during playback.
3. To finish, click the Download video button to save the file to your device, or click Open Video in Editor to continue working on it directly inside Flixier.
