How to Import and Edit Zoom Recordings

To import and edit your Zoom meeting recordings in Flixier, you first need to connect your Zoom account.

To connect your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Connected Apps tab within your Account Settings.
2. Scroll down the list of integrations until you find the Zoom option.
3. Click the Connect button next to the Zoom description.
4. Enter your Zoom account credentials in the prompt to finish logging in.

Import Zoom Videos into Flixier

Now that you have connected your account, you can pull your Zoom cloud recordings directly into the Flixier library.

1. Open your project and click the Import or Record button located at the top left of the screen.
2. Click the See more icon located at the bottom right of the import options to open the full list of import methods.
3. Select Zoom from this expanded menu, choose the meeting recording you want to import, and click Import.

Edit Zoom Videos in Flixier

With the recordings imported, you can now start editing them to create clean, professional presentations or clips!

• Drag and drop your imported video onto the timeline.
• Use the Cut tool to remove dead air, filler words, or irrelevant sections from the beginning and end of the meeting.
• Go to the Elements tab to add Motion Titles for speaker introductions or lower thirds.
• Use the Crop tools in the right-side Properties menu to focus on specific speakers or shared screen content.

Export your Zoom Videos

When you are happy with your edits, you can export your video to cloud storage or social channels directly from your browser. Click the Export button at the top right of the screen and choose your preferred destination.
