How Can I Delete My Account?

If you no longer wish to use Flixier, you can permanently delete your personal account directly from your profile settings.

Important Note: Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. All of your saved projects, imported media, and account data will be permanently erased from our servers.

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

1. Log into your Flixier dashboard.
2. Look at the top right corner of your screen and click on your Profile icon.
3. Click on Account Settings at the top of the list.

Step 2: Initiate Account Deletion

1. You will be taken to the Profile Details tab.
2. Scroll down to the very bottom of this page.
3. In the bottom right corner, click the red Delete Account button.

Step 3: Verify Deletion

1. A confirmation window will appear on your screen, warning you that this action cannot be undone and displaying the email address associated with the account.
2. To finalize the deletion process, click the Send verification code button.
3. Check your email for the verification code, enter it into the prompt, and your account will be permanently deleted.
