Create Folders

  • From the Dashboard: Go to your main Home dashboard and click on the Media Library tab under the Recents section. Right-click on an empty space and select New Folder from the context menu. After naming it, your folder will appear alongside your assets.
  • Inside the Editor: While working inside a project, you can create a new folder by clicking the dedicated + New Folder button located at the bottom left of the folder grid within the My Library panel.

Managing Folders Inside the Editor

When working within the My Library panel inside the editor, right-clicking any existing folder card brings up a streamlined context menu with three options:

  • Rename: Change the folder's title instantly to keep your assets organized.
  • Share with Team: Grant workspace visibility and editing permissions to your colleagues for all assets within that folder.
  • Delete: Remove the folder from your library.

Move Files or Projects

  • Move Projects (Dashboard): Navigate to your Projects tab. Click on the three dots (...) located in the bottom right corner of the project card. Select Move Selected To from the dropdown menu. A list of available destinations will open. Select your desired folder and confirm the action.
  • Move Media Files: You can easily organize media by clicking and dragging an asset, then dropping it directly onto a target folder.
  • Move Multiple Items: To select multiple projects or media files at once, hold down the CTRL key (or CMD on Mac) and left-click the items. A bright blue border will appear around every selected item. Once selected, you can drag and drop them together into a folder, or click the options menu to move them simultaneously.

Delete Files and Projects

  • Delete Media Files: In your dashboard's Media Library tab, right-click on any media file or folder and select Delete.

Note: Media files currently being used in active projects cannot be deleted. You must first delete the projects containing them to prevent your videos from being accidentally broken during a workspace cleanup.

  • Delete Projects: Go to the Projects tab on your dashboard. Click the three dots (...) in the bottom right corner of any project card and select Delete Selected.
  • Delete Multiple Items: Hold CTRL or CMD and click to select multiple projects or media files. Right-click or use the three-dot menu on any of the highlighted items and select the delete option to remove them all at once.

Storage Note: Projects and exports do not count toward your cloud storage limit. To free up space in your workspace, source media files must be deleted from the library.
