How To Import and Edit Webex Meeting Recordings

Before you can import your Webex meeting recordings into Flixier, you need to link your Webex account to your workspace.

To connect your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Connected Apps tab within your Account Settings.
2. Scroll down the list of integrations until you find the Webex option.
3. Click the blue Connect button next to the Webex description.
4. Enter your Webex account credentials in the pop-up window to authorize the connection.

Import Webex Videos into Flixier

Once your account is successfully connected, you can import your Webex recordings directly into your media library.

1. Inside the Flixier editor, click the blue Import or Record button at the top left of the screen.
2. In the Add media to your library window, click the See more icon at the bottom right.
3. Select Webex from the expanded menu.
4. Browse your available meeting recordings, select the one you need, and click Import.

Edit Webex Videos in Flixier

Now that your Webex recording is in your library, you have full access to Flixier's editing suite.

1. Drag and drop the recording from your library onto the timeline to begin editing.
2. Trim out unwanted pauses or sensitive information using the timeline tools.
3. Add informative overlays, text, or shapes from the Elements tab to highlight key discussion points.
4. Enhance the video by adjusting the color, brightness, or scale in the right-side Properties panel.

Export your Webex Videos

After finishing your edits, you can quickly export and share your video without using any of your computer's processing power. Click the Export button at the top right of the screen and choose your preferred destination.
