How to Import and Edit Twitch Videos

To import and edit your Twitch recordings in Flixier, you first need to connect your Twitch account.
To connect your account, follow these steps:
- Go to the Connected Apps tab within your Account Settings.
- Scroll down the list of integrations until you locate the Twitch option.
- Click the Connect button next to the Twitch description.
- Enter your account credentials in the prompt to finish logging in.
Import Twitch Videos into Flixier
Now that you have connected your account, you can import your Twitch videos into the Flixier library.
- Open your project and click the Import or Record button located at the top left of the screen.
- Click the See more icon located at the bottom right of the import options to open the full list of import methods.
- Select Twitch from this expanded menu, choose the video you want to import, and click Import.
- Your video will be added to the library.
Edit Twitch Videos in Flixier
With the videos imported, you can now start editing them!
- Drag and drop your video on the timeline.
- From here, you can cut it, make it shorter, delete parts, add overlays, insert text and transitions, or even apply color correction.
Export your Twitch Videos to YouTube
When you are satisfied with your edits, you can export your video to several social media channels and cloud storage solutions directly from your browser.
To export to YouTube, follow these steps:
- Click the Export button at the top right of the screen.
- In the Export Video menu, look under the Publish to section and click on YouTube.
- You can fill in your YouTube video details directly inside Flixier, including the Title, Description, and an uploaded Thumbnail.
- Once your settings are ready, press the Export Video button at the bottom of the panel.
- Your video will be processed and uploaded to your YouTube channel.
